shipping & Returns
Mig Jimenez S.L. offers a wide range of different shipping methods. Listed when you process an order you will find transport agencies as well as transit time for delivery. The minimum purchase order of 10 €.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return the merchandise.
You simply have to return the products to us in perfect conditions and in the original packaging, including warranties, stickers, and instructions. Additionally, the products must be perfectly packaged. If products are damage in the return process due to an inadequate packaged, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise.
In the event of exchange for a new product, you will not be responsible for shipping cost for the replacement.
Once we receive the parcel in our warehouse and we check all previous conditions, Mig Jimenez S.L. will proceed to reimburse the cost of your merchandise or process the replacement of your product.
If payment was made with a credit card, the amount will be refund to the same credit card. If payment was made with a wire transfer, we will ask for an account number to send it back.
In case of defective products or incorrect shipments, Mig Jimenez S.L. will take care of all shipping cost.
