Blades keep falling out

I bought one of gravers in hope of a faster method of making brick walls either as a wall or as part of a building. I liked that I could use their blades or X-Acto .blades. From the start I had problems with the blades staying in the graver. After some frustrating attempts using their blades I switched to XActo blades thinking the screw clamping would go through the hole in the blade but blades are only held in by the tightness of the metal screw. The idea behind the graver is sound and would speed things up if the blades stayed in place. However knowing what I do now, I would still buy it. Now it the would make one for 1/72 that would be great.
